1KE was founded by operators who have spent decades building and running technical sales organisations across the technology channel. We bring deep knowledge of the sales and resourcing challenges facing technology channel businesses.

Our Founder

Michael has spent more than 30 years in the technology channel, including serving as Global COO of the $2B Logicalis Group and as CEO of Thomas Duryea Logicalis in Australia. Over that time, he has built and led technical sales, presales, and delivery organisations in high-complexity environments.

He has run global organisations, built startups, and helped scale ventures past $100M in ARR. His focus has always been the same: building repeatable commercial systems that allow complex technology businesses to grow.
